Kobo Gourmet is Durham region's Japanese Fine Dining restaurant.  Our award-winning chef, Nobu Yamada, offers a fresh and authentic Japanese menu, including sushi, sashimi, salads, entrees and desserts.

Chef Yamada offers both popular and speciality sushi and sashimi.  These include hand rolls and maki.  Our specials this month include lobster hand rolls.

From time to time, Chef Yamada hosts special events highlighting local ingredients.  Check back here to find out when our next event is offered.

We are located on Kingston Road at Rosebank in Pickering.
